How the treatment works
Moves bulging under-eye fat toward hollows; pigment or visible vessels may not improve with surgery alone.
Choosing between treatments
Through the inner lower eyelid, protruding fat is moved toward the tear trough. Fat repositioning alone may be insufficient when skin or muscle is loose; lower blepharoplasty may include both tissue correction and fat repositioning. Additional fat grafting is considered only when available fat or volume is insufficient. Pigmentation and visible blood vessels can cause dark circles that this surgery does not fully address.
Recovery and precautions
Swelling, bruising, bleeding, infection, asymmetry, dryness and scarring may occur. Lower-eyelid surgery also requires attention to eyelid pulling or outward turning. Early improvement is not complete healing. Work, washing, makeup, contact lenses, exercise and any suture removal depend on the method and healing. Contact the clinic for worsening or unexpected symptoms. Use eye ointment and drops for the prescribed dose and duration. Some approaches through the conjunctiva may not require suture removal, so do not use a suture-removal date as a universal stopping point. Follow instructions based on your recovery.
What to confirm in your quote
Confirm the area, extent, product or device, anesthesia, tax, medication and follow-up inclusions. Combined treatments or additional sessions can change the total; obtain an individual quote after examination.
INDIVIDUAL APPROACH
Why a personalized plan matters
The same concern does not always require the same Under-eye Fat Repositioning plan. Skin and soft-tissue thickness, symmetry, previous treatment and the amount of change you want are assessed together.
